Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. All items must be returned in their original and unused condition with shoulder straps placed inside the satchel and with all original packaging. The purchaser is responsible for any return postage costs.

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receipt of returned goods and verification of their condition.

In the case of exchanges a re-delivery charge at our standard rate will apply.

A full postage refund will be issued for any items returned due to an error on our part or if the item received has a fault.

PLEASE NOTE: Items that have been embossed or personalised cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Care & Repairs

All our satchels are made from natural leathers. The leather may show slight imperfections, but this is testament to the hand crafting techniques used. Due to the very nature of leather it will age with time. The ageing process is further accelerated through use as our hands will absorb the moisture and oils from the leather. However, with regular care and attention your satchel will last a lifetime.

When not in use, keep you satchel stored in the dust bag provided in a clean, dry place.
As a general rule, you should take care to avoid rubbing your satchel against rough or sharp surfaces to minimise scratching.
We recommend applying a leather protection cream to improve the water resistance of the leather. We advise doing this before your first use and thereafter at least once a month, regardless of usage, to keep the leather moisturised.
If your satchel gets wet, remove any residual water immediately with a dry cloth. Remove any large or heavy objects from the interior and allow it to air dry naturally at room temperature and away from direct sunlight or direct heat.
